MSU President Mark E. Keenum visited with Miss Mississippi Plus America and MSU graduate student Halle Mims, left, and Miss Oktibbeha County Plus America Tanisha Brown during the first week of March. He also presented them with cowbells and introduced Brown to the university tradition of being given her very first cowbell.
