A new leadership development program for young farmers in Mississippi, the Thad Cochran Agricultural Leadership Program endowed by the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation, will be conducted and managed by Mississippi State University. Celebrating the new program during a Nov. 14 meeting with Sen. Thad Cochran (center) are (left-right) MSU President Mark E.
